recipe

Kaddu ki kheer

Ingredients:
1 small kaddu( sorakaya in telugu)
1litre milk
3 elaichis
5 table spoons of ghee
dryfruits kaju,badam,charoli,khismis
2 bowls of sugar khowa kesar

procedure:
1.boil milk till it gets thick drop a small spoon or small bowl so that the milk will not come out of the vessel. keep it till it gets creamy.
2.peel off the skin of kaddu.take off the seeds and then shred it.
3.Put ghee into a thick bottom vessel and add kaju badam and charoli and fry for 2 seconds.then squeeze the water from shredded kaddu and add it to the ghee.fry it for a long time till the kaddu gets cooked .it will take 15 to 20 mins.
4.Then add the boiled milk to this.
5. Add 2 cups of sugar.
6. Let it boil for some time after u switch off the gas add khowa. if u dont have khowa u can even add pedha.
7.now add khismis to it u can even add a little bit of kesar.

Serve it cool everyone will not ask u how did u made it coz no body can tell its kaddu.
